We provide services from planning concept through permitting to construction management to fulfill the most demanding technical, scientific, and business consulting assignments. FEDINC has a growing staff of engineers and technical specialists that serve public and private clients throughout the United States and Latin America from our offices located in Bartow, Florida. Our
staff’s expertise is in civil/mining engineering, process and materials handling engineering, reclamation, geotechnical and environmental engineering, and in construction/project management. The participation of consultants when required on a specific project basis adds expertise in dealing with environmental problems, in exploration and economic geology, in extractive metallurgy, in process flow sheet development and in economic evaluation. FEDINC has focused on attracting professionals who have operating company experience in order to provide a wide variety of technical services to accomplish tasks and deliver finished work in minimum time.

Philosophy

The company was founded by Robert A. D’Aiello, P.E., a Civil engineering
graduate with over thirty (30) years in serving the industrial, commercial and public works sectors. He established FEDINC’s philosophy and work ethic by recognizing that success in a project is only realized when a client’s needs have been fulfilled in unity with the health, safety, and welfare of the general public.

Organizational Structure

FEDINC is one of the most innovative organizations in the area. We have relocated to our new facility in May 2006 in Bartow, Polk County, Florida and offer our employees state-of-the-art equipment and working atmosphere. We have designed FEDINC’s internal organization to focus on our clients. This eliminates the unnecessary layers of management, thereby allowing our clients access to those individuals who can directly benefit their particular project.
